Frank William Brennan is an award-winning instructional designer, facilitator, and leadership coach with extensive experience in the hospitality, real estate, and retail industries. He holds a Master of Education, is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
A former Youth Ministry Director and award-winning short-filmmaker, Frank brings a rare combination of creative storytelling and rigorous people-development expertise to every engagement. He is also a Certified Dream Manager — trained in the transformational methodology that helps individuals identify and pursue their deepest dreams with clarity and conviction.
